We are looking for a Talent Lead to join us and lead the Sales & Support talent team in a newly created role.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Talent Lead will be responsible for leading an experienced talent team to deliver the talent acquisition strategy for the Sales & Support function. The aim is to deliver on MYOB’s values & vision by identifying, sourcing, attracting and recruiting passionate, results focused team members and contribute to an outstanding candidate experience that promotes and solidifies MYOB’s status as an Employer of Choice.

You’ll be keen to join us to:
  • Partner with the Sales & Support Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to understand hiring needs and build their Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Coach and influence key business stakeholders to help them build their Talent Acquisition capabilities and talent market knowledge.
  • Lead, inspire and mentor a team of three Talent Advisors (across Australia & New Zealand) and support them to develop their craft and career
  • Design recruitment marketing campaigns to bring MYOB’s EVP to market to deliver timely, relevant and significant external talent for high-volume and contingent job roles
  • Manage a portfolio of recruitment requisitions ensuing a high touch candidate experience as an MYOB brand ambassador
  • Use our talent tech stack to maximise efficiency for the end to end recruitment process. We use Lever as our ATS.
  • Use data to track key recruiting and sourcing metrics and measure progress against team OKRs and advise decision making
  • Constantly innovate to keep up with the fast and ever evolving talent acquisition landscape. This role demands a process improvement approach and a desire to keep on top of current trends and to lead with confidence to inspire your team

  • Previous experience recruiting in Sales is a bonus
