MyNanny Hiring for Sales and Client Relations Director for Nationwide Childcare Agency Job at Remote Full Time

We are currently in search of a Sales and Client Relations Director. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly personable and loves to build relationships. They must be an excellent communicator and be comfortable speaking on the phone with new people. They must also have a sales mindset and are incentivized by a bonus compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Receive new family submissions

• Email families to coordinate phone or video calls

• Collect information from the family

• Clearly explain our process and answer any questions

• Write job descriptions and send them to our placement specialists

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with high net worth individuals

• Solid organizational and time-management abilities

• Creative, sales-driven mindset

• At least a four-year bachelor’s degree

This job will require someone who can learn quickly and take in a lot of information. There is a lot to learn in this role and it can be challenging at first. The ideal fit would be someone who can retain large amounts of information, know our business in and out, and easily communicate it with clients through the course of a natural conversation. These initial calls are very much sales calls but they are also an opportunity to let clients know that we are here for them and eager to help them with their childcare needs.

You’ll get out what you put in. We are searching for employees with a high capacity and are motivated by a great bonus structure. Our Sales and Client Relations Director will receive a base salary of $55,000 per year plus bonuses when they reach certain monthly milestones.
