What the Job Looks Like

We do hiring differently! You’ll engage with our clients, from managers to C-Suite, through in-depth dialog guiding the full-cycle hiring management process. Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Create job ads that capture the essence of each client/role
• Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies (not an easy task in this market!)
• Design role-specific interview questions and guides for a variety of positions and industries
• Be a true advisor to our clients and candidates alike
• Expand your recruitment skillset, engage clients with your creativity, and help shape the cultures of numerous small and mid-sized businesses

This is where myHR Partner is unlike other HR jobs. Our full-time employees work 40 hours a week. Full stop. Our hours are M-F 8:30-5:00 (Eastern time). Your PTO is true vacation time, so leave your computer and cell phone at home. You won’t need them. What you need to thrive in this role

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably sourcing for a large variety of position types and levels
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR or a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP or HR certificate preferred.
• Computer Skills: Well versed in ATS systems and sourcing methodology
• Location: This is a remote position. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us.
• Skills: Organized and analytical, creative, and must have strong professional communication skills
