We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who lives and breathes all things Retail & Beauty. This role is responsible for assisting with end-to-end recruitment across Service & Selling and Beauty Advisor roles. In addition, the role will assist with various recruitment projects and volume recruitment activities including Christmas Casual recruitment.

About the Opportunity:

• Support recruitment activities across Stores & Beauty for Myer stores nationally (including casual, part time & full time positions)
• Support recruitment processes including; preparing job briefs with hiring managers, sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, preparing of employment offers, supporting onboarding processes and general TA admin as required
• Deliver a best in class experience for both our candidates and hiring managers
• Source and recruit passionate and driven candidates that align to the Myer Brand and our Employee Value Proposition
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to enable efficient and proactive sourcing of candidates
• Providing support to the business in Talent Acquisition related queries, processes and administrative tasks

About You:

• Experience working within Recruitment / Administration (experience in end to end recruitment is ideal)
• Being able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment is essential
• A ‘can do’ attitude and customer first approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System e.g. PageUp (preferred)
• Proven organisation skills with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
