The Senior Director of Admissions is responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan and vision which results in attaining matriculation metrics for the Admissions department. This is done through the development and implementation of policy and procedures, planning, and collaboration with the Vice President of Enrollment. This role is responsible for evaluating the statistical performance of the Admissions department and as such, works closely with the Regional Directors of Enrollment and Regional Directors of Admissions to find solutions to problems that arise based upon data and analytics. The Senior Director of Admissions is responsible for executing departmental rollouts, knowledge, and preparation of ASER documents and ensuring that the proper Admissions training and development is taking place throughout the department. The Senior Director of Admissions is responsible for building a department that is focused and motivated while being ethical and compliant. The Senior Director of Admissions reports to the Vice President of Enrollment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides dynamic leadership to Regional Directors of Admissions and their direct reports

Ensures all Admissions practices within the department are compliant and ethical

Assess weekly, monthly and annual statistics to ensure the achievement of conversions and enrollment standards

Communicates with the Regional Directors of Enrollment and the Regional Director of Admissions regarding performance and progress of the Admissions department

Meets regularly with Regional Directors of Admissions to hold them accountable for their performance, develop strategies and uncover and solve problems

Develops and updates policy and procedures for the Admissions department

Ensures dashboards and reports are updated and accurate

Audits student records and enrollment processes to monitor compliance with regulatory agencies

Collaborates with Regional Directors of Enrollment, Senior Directors, and the Vice President of Enrollment to develop and execute a strategic plan and vision

Provides coaching and guidance to Assistant Directors of Admissions and Regional Directors of Admissions to develop leadership skills and succession planning

Outlines daily responsibilities for Regional Directors of Admissions and holds them accountable for completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

Ensures staffing levels throughout the department are appropriate based on business needs

Ensures each Admissions Advisor within the department is receiving the proper coaching and training

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
