Position Summary:

Under the leadership and direction of the VP of HR; the Director of TA will be responsible for the vision, leadership, planning, and execution of the talent acquisition strategy. Focused on attracting, branding, engagement, and pipeline to hire top talent. The Director deploys recruiting and sourcing strategies that cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with our targeted employee experience, and ensures the organization has a strong talent network. Partnering with other functional areas in HR and business leaders to scale the process, analytics, vision, and strategic plan to align with current and forecasted talent needs as the organization evolves.

Essential Functions:

• Sets TA Strategy and leads talent acquisition function to implement. Invests time in understanding teams’ capabilities and aspirations and use that insight to ensure they are given opportunities to grow and learn
• Develop and execute creative hiring solutions across all functional areas of the Company
• Partner with VP, HR on expected workforce management initiatives to ensure the business is staffed with A players in critical roles
• Provides expertise in the area of talent acquisition including but not limited to: workforce planning, employment branding, sourcing, and technology enhancements
• Creates an efficient, effective, and scalable recruitment process leveraging data
• Own and report out on funnel and pipeline metrics to identify areas for improvement and implements a plan to continually innovate in the TA space
• Partners in workforce planning activities, including succession planning. Also, partners with HR leaders to understand the full talent needs of the business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or other related discipline required
• SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience
• Proven experience leading and developing a high performing talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced, environment
• Success in identifying high-quality candidates in all business functions through targeted, highly-effective talent acquisition strategies and campaigns
• Experience building and executing on a brand strategy that creates a “Best Place to Work” culture
• Experience leveraging data to create reports that provide insights to make better hiring decisions
• Experience with ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Must be highly organized, analytical, action and detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and collaborate cross-functionally to establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence on a national platform.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Workforce and succession planning preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
