QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: High School Diploma
Experience:
Required: 1-2 Years in a call center/customer service environment.
Preferred: 3-5 Years in a call center/customer service environment.
Specific Skills:
Required: Computer skill appropriate to position, problem solving skills, self-motivated, ability to work with a team and independently, time management and organization skills.
Preferred: Proven customer support experience, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, excellent communication skills.
Customer Service Job Functions:
· Handle phone calls and mail in a timely manner.
· Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills, courtesy and etiquette for all customers.
· Motivate customers to keep their account current.
· Help customers efficiently manage and optimize their accounts.
· Submit daily reports to manager.
· Promote teamwork among co-workers by helping without being asked, demonstrating flexibility and accepting reassignment.
· Assess customer needs and initiate effective interventions considering service, outcome and cost. Consult with management to assist in the development of customer relations.
· Participate in ongoing training of software application processes, payment processing, and reports.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
