Creating and Scheduling Content: The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. They create a social media calendar and schedule posts in advance to ensure a consistent flow of content.
Researching Ideas and New Trends: The Social Media Manager must stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. They are responsible for researching new content ideas and trends that align with the business’s objectives.
Researching Community Events: The Social Media Manager must keep an eye on community events, such as local festivals or conferences, and identify any opportunities for the business to participate and promote its brand.
Influencer Outreach: The Social Media Manager is responsible for identifying and reaching out to influencers who can help increase the business’s social media following and presence.
Engaging with Comments and Direct Messages: The Social Media Manager must engage with comments and direct messages from customers, followers, and potential clients. They are responsible for maintaining positive interactions and responding promptly to any inquiries.
Creating New Graphics: The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with the business’s brand guidelines.
Delegating Content Needs: The Social Media Manager must delegate content needs to other team members to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of social media content.

Responsibilities:
Create and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with the business’s overall marketing strategy
Research new social media trends, ideas, and tools to stay ahead of the curve
Identify community events and initiatives that the business can participate in to increase brand awareness and engagement
Reach out to influencers to collaborate on social media content and increase the business’s social media following
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to engage with the audience and build a community around the brand
Design and create new graphics and visuals to support social media campaigns and content
Delegate content creation and scheduling tasks to other team members and ensure that the content aligns with the overall strategy
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English to create engaging and compelling social media content
Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to inform content and strategy decisions
Strong project management skills.
