Accounting and Administrative Assistant

My Perfect Stays is a vacation rental property management company located in Kahana that is quickly growing in the industry.

We are currently seeking an Accounting Associate to join our positive and fun work environment! We are seeking a very dedicated person with excellent computer skills, attention to detail, accounting practices, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently, solve problems and follow-through.

Accounting responsibilities will include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling owner statements, reviewing payroll, processing refunds, and data entry. To be successful in this role, besides having strong computer skills, you should have previous experience and a flair for spotting and correcting numerical errors.

Responsibilities

• Database billing for maintenance on owner properties
• Vendor third party communication and billing
• Bi-Monthly HK invoice reconciliation and pay preparations
• Receiving and applying owner and reservation payments (checks)
• Processing Refunds

Skills

• 2+ years experience working in accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills and general computer database knowledge
