About The role: My Gateway has a fantastic opportunity for an Information Technology Trainee to become a part of a Local Government organisation in Picton. On completion of the Traineeship, you would have gained a Certificate IV in Information Technology which is a nationally recognised qualification.

About My Gateway: My Gateway has been employing apprentices and trainees across NSW for over 30 years. With over 230 apprentices and trainees currently employed in business administration, information technology, carpentry, electrical, horticulture, heavy vehicle and engineering roles, My Gateway is a safe and secure way to ensure that you will be provided with the correct pay, necessary training, qualifications and ongoing support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and maintain records on the computer data base
• Administration of hardware service calls
• Administration of telephone service calls
• Administration of the IT Software Database
• Obtaining information / quotes regarding purchases
• Set up and configure new hardware
• Create, delete and change properties of User Accounts
