My Flight Tours, LLC Hiring for Lead Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Our expectation the first 30 days:

• On-Site training
• Wed-Friday: 1-7pm; Sat & Sun 11-7pm
• Learn the MFT Product Book for all locations
• Learn the computer programs
• Learn the customer facing side of the website and functions
• Show consistent work ethic.
• Learn all PCI Data Security Protocols

The job itself:

• Schedule: 9-5pm EST
• M-F
• Annual: Base starting at $35,000 + Commission

Our expectation after 30 days:

• Full knowledge and understanding of MFT product book.
• Full understanding of computer programs.
• Know how to walk a customer to purchase from any point on the website.
• De-escalate upset customers via phone and text.
• Schedule and take payment via phone and text for all locations.
• Reschedule customers via phone and text when necessary.
• Answer all phone calls and text messages. Return missed phone calls asap.
• Upsell Tours and Packages.
• Reach out to no-shows to reschedule.
