My Favorite Handyman, a leading provider of handyman services, is seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of handyman professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Create and maintain accurate records and files
• Manage inquiries through Yelp, Facebook and other sources
• Perform general office duties utilizing Excel
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts
• Prepare and edit correspondence, s, and other documents
• Assist with accounts receivables
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the home services industry a plus
