Job Title: Lead Coordinator

Job Summary: The Lead Coordinator is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and closing sales through a variety of channels including phone, email, and online communication. The Lead Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and will be responsible for achieving sales targets and quotas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through a variety of channels including phone, email, and online communication.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Conduct research on potential clients to identify their needs and preferences, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and track progress using a CRM system.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads and opportunities to move them through the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales targets and quotas are achieved.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, and address any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to ensure that sales strategies are current and effective.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, and to close sales.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.

Physical Requirements: This job may require extended periods of sitting and standing.

Working Conditions: This job may require occasional evening or weekend work, and may involve travel to other locations as needed.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is dependent on experience and qualifications. There is no benefits provided by the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
