What is the job?
This role is to provide a full administrative professional service to staff employed by mydentist nationwide. By ensuring our staff are compliant to work and all HR and audit systems are updated, you can proudly help us to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
You will be responsible for;
Accurate and timely data processing of staff information into HR systems (i.e., new starters, leavers, change in contract terms etc.)
Reviewing all pre-employment documents for new starters
Requesting references
Handling queries and challenging calls within the department
I would be great at that! What skills do I need?
Accurate data entry skills
Able to take responsibility of your own workload
Strong communication skills to be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work to tight deadlines
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar data entry environment where attention to detail is key.
