My Choice Health Services, Inc Hiring for Office Technician / Recruiter Full Time

The Office Technician/Medical Staff Recruiter, under the direction of the Manager, is responsible for the successful recruitment of various medical disciplines as well as other projects designated by the manager.

• Reviewing applicants’ resume/curriculum vitae
• Placing and assigning employees at clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities
• Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner
• Performing background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references, transcripts, and credentials
• Negotiating salary, problem-solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all levels within company, clients etc.
• Computer literate- experience with MS Word, Excel
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of phone calls
• Positive, upbeat, and engaging personality, professional demeanor
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Thorough follow-up capability
• Persistent, efficient, and dedicated, has a strong work ethic
• Provides clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment
• Fax, scan and copy documents
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contacts list, and client information
• Must be able to multitask
