mXtr Automation Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

MXTR Automation is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology with key emphasis on lead generation strategy and tactics including PPC, Retargeting, CTV and Internet Radio, along with SEO & GA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of B2B and B2C PPC campaigns.
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase client company lead gen and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
• Design A/B testing, improving digital funnels, and increasing conversion rate.
• Direct strategies and strategically manage paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns across channels and ensure program specific ROI goals and sales targets are being met – ing on process to stakeholders.
• Integrate and expand conversations with long term nurturing initiatives utilizing marketing automation platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email marketing and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving platforms
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
• Working knowledge of marketing automation processes
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of lead nurturing utilizing marketing automation
• BS/BA in marketing or relevant field
