mx51 is a payments-as-a-service solution for banks, non-bank acquirers, and other merchant service providers. We are building a payment platform that allows merchants to accept payments in-store, in-app and online, whilst consolidating all their data on a real-time business management dashboard.
As our first ever Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be leading and delivering our recruitment activities and ensuring we attract and onboard the best talent in the market. Leading a small team, you will work with the Head of People and hiring managers to understand our current and future talent needs and identify strategies to facilitate our growth ambitions.
This will be a hands-on role in helping shape and build the Talent Acquisition function, as well as support our business to uplift recruitment capability and create memorable experiences for candidates, agencies and our people.
