Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure each customer’s experience is positive. Their primary duties include:

• Respond to customer service inquiries received on the phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate with customers and the sales team to ensure each customer’s needs are met.
• Build relationships with customers and the sales team to help grow the company’s business.
• Build a pipeline of future customers waiting to receive our products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Experience:
The ideal candidate has previous CSR experience or experience working in a customer service or retail setting. He/she must be professional, have great communication skills, be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and mildew. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time at a time. The job requires frequent lifting of heavy packages up to 30 pounds each day.
