Duties:

This role will support the Contingent Workforce Program at Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and screen candidates submitted to contingent positions (e.g., phone screening, networking and referrals, and ensuring candidate pool meets requirements)

• Participate in recruiting activities and may lead sections of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities (e.g., revamping a process, evaluating metrics)

• Collaborate with hiring managers and MSP partner on open positions

• Complete reports for the Contingent Workforce Program on program headcount and activity

• Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership (e.g., taking on additional administrative tasks)

Skills:

Top Requirements:

• MS Excel – intermediate level skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) – will be creating reports and tracking metrics on a daily basis
• Proven experience in utilizing advanced sourcing skills an ATS system as well as knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisition – will be shortlisting resumes and conducting phone screens with candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters

All Desired Skills:

• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and ATS (e.g., Taleo, Workday) and/or VMS systems (Wand, Fieldglass)
• Proven experience in utilizing advanced sourcing skills and systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence change
• Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing more complex sections of projects
• Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisition
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of industry related terminology

Education:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field, 2-4 years of experience previous related talent acquisition experience Required; Experience completing phone screens is required; Full lifecycle recruiting experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
