Responsibilities:

Recruiting Coordinators play a key role in each candidate journey. From scheduling their first discussion with a hiring team, all the way through to generating an offer letter and processing background checks, you will strive to deliver a stellar candidate experience in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers for all operational steps of the recruiting process.

• Schedule interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange travel for visiting candidates.
• Greet candidates the day of their interview and help guide them through their interview day.
• Provide follow up correspondence to candidates.
• Accurately track recruiting activities in Workday.
• Coordinate and schedule post interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials to hiring teams.
• Generate offer letters, initiate background checks, and process candidate interview expense reimbursement.
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and support other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of high-end customer service experience, strong preference for experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Executive Assistant with exposure to calendar management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
• Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong software skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Writing, proof reading and editing skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Skills
Professional-level customer service experience High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook including calendar functionality Proficiency in MS Word, Excel Work experience in a professional office setting Ability to multi-task

Desired Skills
Prior work as a Recruiting Coordinator Prior work in high-volume or complex scheduling

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.56 – $35.73 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
