MWH Treatment Hiring for Finance Assistant – CMDP Job at Falmer, England Full Time

• To assist the Accounts function with site accounts tasks as required, to ensure accurate & timely records.
• Goods receipting
• Primary liaison with procurement to ensure timely close out of completed purchase orders.
• Maintenance of new starters/leavers on IFS
• Timesheet support for JV.
• Assist with close out of completed projects on IFS.
• Purchase Ledger
• Transaction processing for Plant & Material Invoices in accordance with relevant procedures
• Recording, processing and investigating invoice queries and ensuring timely resolution
• Communicate with Site team, suppliers & other external parties
• Liaise closely with the site Stores function, project & commercial teams as required.
• Inputting Cost Journals in line with relevant procedures with appropriate approval and communication
• Assist Accounting team with Month End processes, ensuring accurate recording of costs
• Assisting in Accruals process for Materials and Plant in a timely manner
• Process allocated Staff Expenses in accordance with Company policies
• Support Finance Team with other tasks when required.
