We are surrounded by fresh water, a big ocean, and all the weather the Pacific Northwest can throw at us. Our HQ houses a lab to test human physiology and material properties, a product creation shop to craft product concepts, a testing pool to evaluate new ideas (not to mention we are right beside the mighty Fraser River and Pacific Ocean for real-world testing), and a full manufacturing center to carefully craft our marine gear. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Material Handler to join our Warehouse team at Mustang Survival. The primary purpose of this position is to pick up bundles in the Warehouse. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Picks up and delivers production outputs.

Adjusts and moves items within MAP system while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Inspects and performs quality assurance to verify the information of the production outputs.

Sorts, matches, delivers bundles, and sub-materials to employees as instructed by the supervisor.

Transports Work in Progress to next production station. Transports finished products to the Trimming Department.

Adheres to all policies and procedures and takes initiative to make suggestions to the supervisor to improve work processes.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Receives cross-training on other jobs, if necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Grade 10 Education or equivalent.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.

Ability to handle and lift 40lbs.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to follow verbal and/or written work instructions and techniques.

Good work ethic, honest, patient, reliable and careful.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to adapt and work well in a continuously changing environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to recognize special instructions for Customer orders.

Detail oriented with strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality workmanship.

**A signing bonus of $250 will be paid after completing 2 weeks with Mustang Survival. After successfully completing 12 weeks of employment with Mustang Survival, the successful candidate will receive another $750.**
