We are looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including operating EHR software, verifying patient insurance benefits and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, bilingual, and have a customer service background. The Front Office Receptionist should also be comfortable working with computers and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help with marketing and networking materials and events.
• Learn to use our electronic healthcare records system.
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of documents and s.
• Verify patient insurance benefits for chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
