Muskoka Woodworking Hiring for Customer Service/Order Desk at Stoney Creek, ON Full Time

Looking for someone for our customer service/order desk

The applicant should have some experience in customer service and minimal photoshop experience would be an asset.

The starting wage will be between 15-17$ per hour for the first 3 months and will receive a raise once the 3 months is completed. The amount will be based on performance

A vehicle is an asset but not required.

Primary responsibilities are the following but not limited to:

  • Answering customer concerns
  • Preparing orders over email/phone
  • Preparing engravings in photoshop
  • Ability to read and write at a high school level
  • The ability to work independently or as a team
  • The ability to work at a fast pace
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Inputting shipping details to shipping company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:
