About the job:

We are seeking a Quickbooks Royalty Account & Office Manager to join our team! You will provide administrative support for an Executive at our company and quickbooks accounting. As this is a boutique firm, the ideal candidate will be comfortable ‘wearing many hats’ within a busy firm.

Responsibilities:

· Complete Command Quick Books Pro (certified Quickbooks pro ideal)

Preparation of monthly accounting statements, reconcilation of bank accounts, preparation of music publishing and artist royalty statements

Preparation of and tracking of expenses in excel

Preparation and tracking of budgets in excel

Accounts Payble payments & AP

Engage in Music Royalties analysis

Handle personal administrative needs of Executive

Ad hoc tasks, as required

Qualifications:

· High Level proficiency in QuickBooks Pro

· Highly proficient in Excel

· Typing at least 65 words per minute (test required)

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Strong attention to detail

· Good numerical skills

· Reliable with expert time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
