Muse Paintbar is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team!

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Muse Paintbar, you’ll shape and drive efficient recruitment strategies that attract a broad spectrum of qualified talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in our team’s ongoing growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing recruitment strategies to identify potential areas for improvement, and skillfully develop and implement customized methods that align with our company’s specific roles and distinctive requirements
• Actively participate in local and virtual job fairs, art exhibitions, and marketplaces for networking and talent sourcing
• Leverage social media platforms for talent sourcing and career opportunity discussions
• Coordinate interviews and contribute to the creation of hiring materials, including the drafting of interview questions
• Conduct initial screenings for entry-level and mid-tier positions, maintaining comprehensive notes and records of the process
• Use an interview tracking system to manage potential candidates, reaching out promptly when new positions open
• Collaborate with Store and Regional Managers to coordinate second-round interviews
• Initiate offer processes in conjunction with Regional and Store Managers
• Assist the HR Manager and Corporate Leaders in crafting and updating precise job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Support the HR Coordinator with job advertisements and postings when necessary
• Arrange 90-day evaluations for mid-tier and senior new hires with the relevant Corporate Leaders
• Conduct 60-day check-ins with new hires, escalating any concerns or issues to the HR Manager and appropriate supervisor
• Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships, maintaining connections with past and current employees
• Lead the exit interview process, forwarding feedback to the HR Manager and appropriate Corporate Leaders
• Performs other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or other Corporate Leaders

Required Skills/Abilities

• Robust organizational and time management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to hiring
• Comprehensive understanding of the company’s policies and job roles
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
• Familiarity with a variety of ATS platforms
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% annually
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Art, Business, Sales, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing all phases of recruitment is required
• Familiarity with the arts, entertainment and/or restaurant industry strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work for extended periods sitting at a desk and operating a computer
• Capable of standing for long durations
• Able to lift and bend
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when required

Pay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
