Duties and Responsibilities

• Booking appointments and managing practitioner schedules.
• Assisting practitioners with their administrative duties.
• Communicating with patients through various platforms including social media and text.
• Billing and invoicing patients and insurance.
• Implementing and managing marketing strategies, converting enquiries into patients.
• Follow up with patients and keep practitioners advised of their status
• Greet patients energetically at each interaction and overdeliver with customer service empathically during patient concerns.
• Report punctually for, and engage in, regular team meetings and professional development training.
• Implement professional training and self-directed learning to improve professional development.
• Become a valued and accountable team member.

Our expectation would be that you become an expert on all aspects of our patient care and practice management processes and ensure they are successfully implemented.

Please note, all processes are already systemized and you will be stepping into a role with clear direction, training and support.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

• You have a background in customer service, marketing or administration.

This role is ideally suited to someone:

• Looking for a long term role while residing in the Collingwood area during the time of employment.
• Able to work weekdays including school holidays.

New graduates from administrative and marketing studies are welcome and encouraged to apply. Previous experience working in a healthcare practice involving patient management and billing is also an asset.

This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, while also working closely with other key members of the team.
