Where you will be working
Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) employs over 3,500 staff across 33 public hospitals, our areas of operation span across southern New South Wales, stretching from the Snowy Mountains in the east to the plains of Hillston in the northwest and all the way along the Victorian border.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a bubbly and positive professional who is strong in relationship development, building and retention who can proactively think outside the square.
You will excel in developing strategic and tailored recruitment initiatives and campaigns for our District with a strong focus on minimising critical and hard to fill vacanices. Creative and robust expertice working across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, SEEK Talent Search and generating talent pools will be a staple in your toolkit.
You are an individual who is passionate about recruitment and making a difference in the Health sector. Your highly developed knowledge, skills and exposure to recruitment best practice and Award interpretation, attention to detail and working in a fast-paced environment is essential to your success.
