Where you will be working
Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) employs over 3,500 staff across 33 public hospitals, our areas of operation span across southern New South Wales, stretching from the Snowy Mountains in the east to the plains of Hillston in the northwest and all the way along the Victorian border.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a strategic thinking, proactive and positive professional who is strong in picking up processes quickly and effectively, and building on already strong relationships with our stakeholders and internal team.
Whilst you will learn our process on the job, you will simultaneously have the ability to coach and develop junior members within your team to work effectively and collaboratively, eventually yourself developing strategic and tailored recruitment partnerships and outcomes for your clients.
An individual who is passionate about recruitment and making a difference in the Health sector, with highly developed skills and exposure to recruitment best practice, attention to detail and working in a fast-paced busy environment is essential to your success.
