About the Role :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping our organization’s workforce. This position requires a dynamic, experienced individual who excels in sourcing, recruiting, and employer branding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent across various departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Finance and will lead initiatives to enhance our company’s attractiveness as an employer.
Essential Duties :
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment :
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, including sales professionals, engineers, and manufacturing.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact to the final hiring process.
Employer Branding :
Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance our employer brand across various platforms and professional networks.
Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our company as an employer of choice.
Program Development :
Lead the creation and ongoing management of internship programs and other talent initiatives designed to attract and retain top talent.
Evaluate and refine existing recruitment strategies and programs based on performance and company needs.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
