** Must live in Ontario **
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to Business Owners
– Manage and organize schedules, appointments, meetings and travel plans
– Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the business owners
– Conduct research and gather information as needed
– Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences using teams
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of Products (Specifically being proficient in Outlook, Sharepoint and Excel)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
– Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
– Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
Note: This is a remote position that requires the ability to work from home or any other suitable location.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
