Murphy Group are recruiting for a Finance Apprentice to be based in our Kentish Town in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has an interest in the role finance plays in a large organisation and wants the opportunity to get 360 learning experience within a finance setting.

Over the course of taking on the Finance Apprenticeship role, you will become fully AAT qualified. The duration of the apprenticeship will be 4 years. During this time, you will be exposed to various areas of the finance function –

• Project Support
• Master Data
• Accounts Payable
• Subcontractor Sales
• Purchases
• Payroll
• Record to Report (including Fixed Assets)

The aim is to build a strong foundation in accounting, solidifying your studies with practical experience, in an environment that will support you throughout your apprenticeship.

You will learn practical skills as well as technical skills on the job and in the classroom. Being part of a large Finance function, you will be exposed to working in a large team, interacting with the business on difference facets.

This opportunity will enable you to be part of a professional environment, develop your communication and influencing skills whilst becoming competent in using a variety Microsoft tools, namely, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP System).

Entry Requirements:

5 GCSE’s including Maths and English minimum A-C or equivalent
