Murex LLC Hiring for Payroll Bookkeeper Job at Winter Park, FL Full Time

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years AR/Payroll experience preferred. High School graduate. For purposes of effective communication with residents, families and staff must be able to see, hear, speak, read and write English. Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, sit for up to two hours, lift unassisted at least 15 lbs and do repetitive motions with the hands.

Job Duties

1. Notify supervisor of any irregularities and/or policy exceptions.

2. Review payroll input and output.

3. Maintain time clock including daily edits, process duplicate reports, and add new employees.

4. Review terminated employee files and request missing information.

5. Maintain continuous service dates and accrued benefit dates.

6. Prepare information for GL on duplicate card to reclass employees working in different departments.

7. Process payroll in DSI computer system for applicable companies.

8. Process HSA direct deposits and maintain H S A year-to-date spreadsheet.

9. Process wage garnishments and prepare manual checks.

10. Review P-14’s and wage justifications prior to processing and inputting in payroll.

11. Adhere to attendance policy. Report to work on time as scheduled. Completes required training and attends staff meetings.

12. Project a professional appearance and a willing, positive and courteous expression in performing tasks. Cooperates with fellow workers, supervisors, residents, visitors, etc. in performing tasks.

13. Ensure compliance with all federal and state rules and regulations. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
