We have an exciting opportunity for Talent Acquisition professional to join the People & Culture Team for a 3-month Fixed-term contract. This role will be focused on supporting the delivery of an exciting Recruitment Project responsible for bulk hiring across our new Distribution Centre. We are a cohesive, candidate-centric team that work hard and love a good laugh too.

In this role you will be:

• Screening applicants
• Involved in phone, one-on-one and Group Interviews
• Conducting pre-employment screening
• Organising Offers & Contracts
• Assisting with our internal Stakeholder communication & engagement

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to add bulk hiring experience to their tool belt.

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Human Resource Systems
