Munich Re Specialty Group (MRSG) are currently undergoing period of exciting change and expansion and Talent Acquisition is a core part of their strategic deliverables.

As a member of the growing Talent Acquisition team in UK& Ireland, you will be an integral part of a small, embedded team facing off to MRSG including a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, 2/3 Specialists and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Responsible for sourcing and delivering a strong candidate pipeline for open and future positions across MRSG, you will also manage internal, external and referral candidate relationships and be instrumental in drafting engaging external advertisements aligned with our branding.

Your job

Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition delivery across Munich Re Specialty Group, as part of the UK&I Regional Talent Acquisition team
• Create and upload compelling external and internal advertisements via Textio and Talent Link ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and promote via LinkedIn as appropriate
• Create, maintain and communicate with talent pools across multiple teams and brands
• Source and attract candidates to Munich Re Specialty Group
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, supporting leaders through the hiring process
• Deliver an efficient process, prioritising speed and quality and ensuring positive candidate and hiring Manager experience by soliciting and responding to feedback
• Follow documented TA (Talent Acquisition) processes and identify and suggest areas for improvement and harmonization
• Support delivery of MRSG training initiatives and events to support Hiring managers and colleagues, partnering as required with Talent Management and DE&I colleagues
• Collaborate with wider HR teams on Pay and Reward, Talent Management and Development, Onboarding and other Talent Acquistion related activities
• Drive, communicate and engage employees in the Employee Referral program(s)

Regional Collaboration

• Work with UKI TA colleagues regionally to ensure key regional initiatives are implemented and communicated within MRSG, leveraging best practices and approaches
• Attend and contribute to weekly regional TA meetings and offsites
• Travel, as required, to regional offices

Your profile

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience of recruiting either in Agency, in-house or via an RPO model
• Experience recruiting across multiple brands
• High level of IT literacy and with advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify inconsistencies, trends and patterns when presenting data
• Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Candidate relationship building and management skills
• You are comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity and change, with rapidly changing priorities

Desirable

• Experience of working with or in a highly matrixed organisation
• Experience of Textio, LinkedIn marketing or Success Factors would be an advantage
• Experience of working with or in professional services, consulting, tech or financial services would be a bonus
