Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for sourcing?

As a Talent Acquisition team we work hard to bring recruitment in-house and providing added value to our brands. As TA Specialists we are a proactive team with a keen eye on process improvement and candidate experience.

We are looking to for someone to support the TA Partners with the delivery of a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing for open and future positions across Munich Re UK&I. You will also manage external candidate relationships, talent pipelines and draft external advertisements and branding.

Your job

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partner in delivering Talent across multiple brands.
• Source and attract candidates to Munich Re via a variety of platforms & channels.
• Create, maintain and connect with Talent Pools across multiple team and brands.
• Support leaders with Interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Delivery of a strong Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates
• Attend industry events such as Job Fairs, Career days, University talks.
• Supporting and following document TA processes and identifying areas for improvement and harmonisation.
• Create compelling External and Internal Advertisements via Textio and Talentlink ATS.
• Collaborate with wider HR teams on Pay and Reward, Talent Development, Onboarding and HRBP’s.
• Drive, communicate and engage employees in the Employee Referral program(s).
• Coordinate Assessment days and Graduate fairs.
• Coordinate and book external events such as recruitment fairs or job fairs.
• Provide support to TA Partners on Talent needs for their brands
• Upload positions and requisitions into the TA ATS and advertise roles both internally and externally

Your profile

You will come up with creative strategies surrounding talent attraction with the ability to understand what the business needs now and also what skills they will need in the future.

You will be a superb communicator someone who can establish relationships quickly both internally and with our candidates. Possessing a strong ability to screen, assess an interview, providing the leaders with a great shortlist of candidates.
