Job Purpose:

Initially as a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in UK& Ireland, you will be part of a small, embedded UK team including TA Partners, Specialist and Coordinators. In time, you will transition into the newly formed EULA Service Hub that supports employees and managers across Europe and Latin America.

We are looking for a driven, collaborative and organised TA Coordinator to be the link between the candidate and the hiring team (hiring manager, business partners, TA and wider HR team). Your main responsibility will be the smooth, efficient and engaged coordination of interviews both virtual and face to face.

Your job

What your day to day will look like:

• Schedule candidate virtual interviews and face-to-face interviews which includes aligning calendars of internal partners and external candidates.
• Coordinate, distribute and enhance the weekly and monthly TA report, sharing successes and improvements regionally.
• Organise candidate interview debriefs.
• Assist the HR Ops team with the offer process.

Regional Collaboration

• Work with UKI TA colleagues regionally to ensure key regional initiatives are implemented and communicated within Munich Re UK Services, using best practices and approaches
• Attend and contribute to weekly regional TA meetings and off sites
• EULA Service Hub- This role will in time transition into the Regional EULA Service Hub and will be upskilled to support a percentage of HR Administration tasks for the EULA region whilst acting as the regional resource for Talent Acquisition.
