The Talent Acquisition team at Munich Re UK&Ire is looking for a forward-thinking and organised coordinator to be the link between the candidate and hiring team. Immediately you will be responsible for arranging interviews whether virtual or face-to-face. You will take ownership of the candidate experience onsite and add value by providing best-practise improvements.

We are a truly open team. We are delivering results and recognise there is a lot of growth and change that still needs to happen. Part of that change is to become pro-active especially when sourcing candidates.

We work regionally across the UK and Ireland with all of the businesses within the Munich Re Group.

Your job

What your day to day will look like:

• Schedule candidate virtual interviews and face-to-face interviews which includes aligning calendars of internal partners and external candidates.
• Coordinate, distribute and enhance the weekly TA report, sharing successes and improvements regionally.
• Organise candidate interview debriefs.
• Assist the HR Ops team with the offer process.
