Job Purpose:
To support the HR Shared Services in London in providing professional administrative HR support on people related matters.
Your job
General Duties and Tasks:
Work as a member of the HR team, fostering an environment of teamwork and idea sharing
Maintaining employee files with all relevant data in soft copy to ensure that these are consistent and up-to-date at all times, in accordance with our data protection requirements
Ensure that all HR administration processes are adhered to and kept up-to-date in accordance with internal process requirements. Examples include (but are not limited to) new joiner process, leaver process, onboarding process etc.
Maintain HR Systems to ensure that these are continually accurate
Accurately draft contracts of employment, references, visas, starter correspondence and administer induction programme
Ensure all people checking information is received and documented
Demonstrate an understanding of all HR procedures and Company policies and contribute to the development of HR policy within the UK
Maintain accurate headcount data ensuring consistency with SAP reports from Munich.
Support HR team on administrative requirements, letters, communications, meetings, amendments to terms & conditions etc.

Your profile
Key Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience in an administrative role within a leading edge organisation, ideally financial services
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Broad understanding of key HR disciplines, and an eagerness to further develop these
Be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong team player with well developed interpersonal skills
Ability to build effective client relations and understanding when to escalate queries
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong work ethics with a flexible approach
Action oriented – you take on new tasks, opportunities and challenges with a keen interest and recognise the need to be flexible and adaptable to move things forward.
Plans and aligns – you plan and prioritise your work to fit with deadlines and longer term goals and collaborate with others when necessary.

Prior experience in HR Administration
