The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is the leading HVAC manufacturer and creator of modular chiller systems. We are seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Initiates, prepares, processes, and verifies purchase orders
• Keep track of purchases and supplies
• Interacts with suppliers
• Communicates internally with departments to set/maintain purchasing levels
• Handle inquiries about orders
• Support vendor relations and contracts
• Obtain pricing and product specifications from vendors
• Reconcile inventory counts

• Competent mathematical skills
• Desire to learn
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

An exceptional candidate would have experience with purchasing materials using an ERP system, though not required.
