THE POSITION

• Location: Minneapolis, MN (55414)
• Hours:
  • Days – Wednesday & Fridays 10-hour shifts
  • Evenings – Saturday & Sunday 7-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 4 year old with a g-tube

• Location: Minneapolis (55414)
• Hours:
  • Days Monday through Friday**
• Client Specifics: 16 year old

• Location: Minneapolis (55406)
• Hours: Nights
  • Every Friday & 2 other nights a week * flexible on which nights
  • 12-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 1 year old with a g-tube

• Location: Minneapolis (55406)
• Hours: Part Time Days
  • Days Mondays 8-hour shift
• Client Specifics: 8 year old with trach, vent, and a g-tube

• Location: Minneapolis (55407)
• Hours: Full Time Days
  • Days Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 11 month old with epilepsy

• Location: Minneapolis (55411)
• Hours: Full Time Days
  • Days Monday through Friday 9-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 3 year old with a g-tube

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure – You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

TRAINING & SUPPORT

We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
