Commercial Account Director

The Commercial Account Director is responsible for developing national accounts, achieving sales and profitable growth targets, supporting product launches, and implementing sales & promotional programs that deliver advantages in market. This person will prospect, develop, and manage commercial and government customers throughout a sales territory.
We are looking for an experienced, sales professional with proven success selling to Commercial Automotive Fleet accounts and collaborating with Fleet Management companies and body modifiers. This position will manage all aspects of the Commercial and Government account interface – Sales outreach, Sales prospecting, Sales contracts, Upfitter/Body interface, local Fleet Management Company interface and strong connection with the Mullen/Bollinger Dealer Network. The qualified candidate will work independently to prospect and develop commercial and government accounts in order to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have strong sales experience, excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills, prior experience in all aspects of Fleet and Commercial automotive sales, depth of experience in the Commercial Fleet business, a drive to win in the market, and the ability to move at a start-up company pace.
