Mulgowie Farming Hiring for Recruitment Coordinator Job at Maffra Full Time

The Role:

Working closely with the Hiring Managers this position is responsible for sourcing Farm Hands and Pack House workers for our busy farm in Boisdale.

Fixed term contract until May 2023.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with Hiring Managers to determine staffing and recruitment needs
• Conduct candidates detailed screening to ensure they are a suitable fit for the role and our business
• Liaise with the Talent Business Partner for advertising requests
• Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure recruitment requests are approved and aligned to business strategy
• Represent and position the Mulgowie brand as an employer of choice in the agriculture industry
• Assist with site specific HR administration tasks if required

To be successful in the position you will have:

• First experience with end-to-end recruitment ideally blue collar.
• A strong sense of urgency to meet recruitment deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact and relate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Experience coaching hiring managers through best practice recruitment methodologies
• Strong organisational skills
• A HR background would be an advantage to assist the HR team with additional tasks but not essential
