Job Description

Support the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition run the function and deliver strategic projects that will elevate our attraction strategy, globally.

Project managing in 2 halves 1. Running the function to ensure the Talent Acquisition team runs smoothly by having a tight, efficient governance framework and 2. Project Managing the tactics required to deliver on our 3-step plan to create Game Changing Talent Acquisition.

Ultimately, accelerating the MUFG Investor Services employer brand to attract the most diverse, culture adding talent.

Main responsibilities

• Manage budget reporting, reconciliation, processing, and governance.
• Manage the preferred supplier list of talent partners in line with governance requirements, including onboarding, off boarding and tracking the performance of our suppliers.
• Use talent data, including predictive analytics, trend analysis and benchmarking to advise on pivoting team activities to improve performance.
• Lead and develop the annual Talent Acquisition schedule and sponsorship of events to ensure global representation at leading careers events.
• Mange auditing processes and quality checks at the highest standard.
• Produce high quality scorecards and insight (using Power BI) to support our internal stakeholders make great attraction and hiring decisions.
• Embed how we make an impact with accessible data, tech and resource that enables more efficient hiring through embedding data, education, and creative tech to our ways of working.
• Accelerate the expression of our employer brand, to build diverse talent pools by launching an exciting EVP and channel strategy globally, and in local markets, to deliver our message on purpose.
• Change the Game by creating diverse “candidate ready” talent pools ahead of plan by knowing the talent landscape so well, we always have our next candidate ready.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and Project Management skills

Previous experience that will be helpful

Robust project management skills

Experience working in a regulated environment

Numbers savvy using them to plan, test hypothesis, manager performance and story tell

Managed implementation of new technology

Well, educated in the world of talent acquisition

A proven track record of delivering Results in a collaborative way
