Job Description
Support the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition run the function and deliver strategic projects that will elevate our attraction strategy, globally.
Project managing in 2 halves 1. Running the function to ensure the Talent Acquisition team runs smoothly by having a tight, efficient governance framework and 2. Project Managing the tactics required to deliver on our 3-step plan to create Game Changing Talent Acquisition.
Ultimately, accelerating the MUFG Investor Services employer brand to attract the most diverse, culture adding talent.

Experience working in a regulated environment
Numbers savvy using them to plan, test hypothesis, manager performance and story tell
