Job Description
As a key member of the HR team, you will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers providing HR support on all aspects of operational HR, across Europe & APAC and other global locations. You will deal with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and also support global HR projects.
Role & Responsibilities
Administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding
Assist with benefits administration and scheme renewals
Assist with Payroll Administration (starters/leavers and amendments) Family friendly l leave advice and administration (maternity/paternity, parental, etc.).
Produce quarterly benefit bite updates
Assist in the “Ask HR” service responding to queries and providing advice to managers and colleagues
Assist with immigration processes for global locations, provide advice on visa/sponsorship and employment permit requirements across our locations
Ensure the HR system is updated with any changes, e.g., salary changes, job title changes, maternity leave, secondments, etc.
Assist with the organization & Delivery of training courses including Global Induction, Dignity & Respect
Assist with arranging travel and processing expenses for team
Involvement in HR Projects & Initiatives
Other HR tasks and duties as directed
Qualifications
A good level of education to GCSE/A Level or equivalent
A Batchelor’s degree (not essential)
Working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management (CIPD) (not essential)

Additional Information
