We are a small Finance and Accounting Firm that is growing and looking for an awesome, detail-oriented Bookkeeping Associate who loves numbers and would like a flexible schedule working from home! We are looking for a team member to accelerate our potential growth

We need a technically proficient candidate who has experience with QuickBooks, solid working knowledge of Accounting and GAAP principles and loves to continue learning and helping keep our clients on top of their financial results.

Responsibilities

You will have several assigned clients’ accounts and will need to manage them excellently and on time! Month end reporting, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, QuickBooks reports, payroll, and other accounting tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour or higher for a strong candidate

Experience

· Solid understanding of accounting principles

· Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)

· QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)

· Tax prep/filing (Preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
