We are looking for highly self-motivated, positive, collaborative, humble, and versatile Learning & Development Project Manager candidates who will bring a strong focus on remediating technical, operational, organizational, and relationship challenges. You will coordinate, chase, develop processes, establish quality initiatives, and ensure execution within the customer’s ecosystem. This is a high-energy, hard-working and fun culture team. No task is too large or too small. You will have the opportunity to be visible, interacting with senior management at times and engaging matrix-managed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the business partners at different levels of hierarchy to understand business strategy and identify various outcomes

• Build a digitization roadmap of process, policy, people & data/system changes to achieve the business outcomes

• Develop training curricula and/or business solutions to address business gaps

• Ensure successful implementation delivery of the training solutions or recommendations

• Evolve the profile and development as the needs of the business evolve

• Craft and maintain project plan with Scope, Resources, Timeline, and budget

• Develop and present proposals and final agreements

• Provide leadership to project staff including business partners, subject matter guides, vendors, and instructional designers

• Execute the project from start to completion including the resolution of intensified project issues and maintenance of document repositories

• Coordinate administrative tasks of LMS and all its various business units. Cross-functional opportunities to work with other business partners

• Ensure end-to-end testing and quality of all new functionalities, coordinating with the stakeholders to ensure no disruption to the users

• Initiate, recommend and develop the delivery of e-learning solutions

• Understand needs of various business units; for LMS-related needs, be able to recommend solutions for these clients (i.e., social learning, e-learning, reporting, verification/certification, mentor-in-a-box).

• Network with other LMS teams to leverage capabilities and offerings

• Provide online Learning Management System (LMS) support and its business units by building e-learning modules, testing, reporting, and administration of our LMS for new and existing employees

Who You’ll Work With

• Working closely with our stakeholders you will design and propose Learning programs including but not limited to content development, operations, implementation, and training logistics – and show our customers and partners what is possible!

• You will be responsible for working with Instructional designers, graphics, animators, software developers, and other SMEs to assemble learning materials (sometimes pitching in to write the content yourself!), implement the solution in platforms and customize any processes that are needed to roll out a solution.

• You are experienced with navigating various environments where culture and structure varies within the organization with political navigation skills

• You are very proficient in the following software tools: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheets

Minimum Requirements Include

• Typically requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years to experience in Project Management

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design in the Employee Learning and Development functional domain

• 5+ years experience instructional design, program/project experience including conducting needs analysis, identifying gaps, and proposing recommendations for development solutions

• 3+ Years of experience in Learning and Development platforms like Moodle, Degreed (or comparable platforms)

• Deep functional and product knowledge in Moodle or Totara LMS platforms

• Serve as Moodle LMS subject matter expert

• Should have played lead roles in Learning management Systems implementations.

• Good experience in Learning Experience platforms like Degreed

• Excited about agile software engineering practices

• Highly responsive to customer and project needs, as well as managing customer expectations.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Strong desire to deliver project management discipline and rigor in every product

• Dedicated, results-oriented, and passionate in delivering business value

• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills

• Collaborative and open working style with a constructive and positive attitude

Desired Requirements Include

• Professional PM certification, ESi, PMP, or equivalent.

• Certification that aligns to the Learning & Development experience or platforms noted above.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
