We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer on a casual basis. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Team you will be responsible effectively sourcing, selecting, and appointing new employees with a focus on high volume recruitment, you will also assist in coordinating and facilitating regular assessment centres.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

All recruitment activities including drafting and placing advertisements across various platforms, screening, and managing background and reference checks.
Assistance in coordinating assessment centres/high volume recruitment.
Applying sound judgement and good decision-making skills when screening/interviewing candidates.
Sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met

About You:

Hands on experience managing end to end recruitment in a bulk/high volume recruitment environment and working to tight deadlines.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence positive outcomes.
Flexible, and resourceful with high levels of initiative.
Understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and methodologies.
A customer service approach – both internally and to candidates.
Familiarity with ConnX HR Software is highly desirable.
