Supporting the Talent & Inclusion Manager, you will work proactively with colleagues in People & Talent to predominantly provide administrative support for our recruitment and onboarding activity, ensuring that prospective applicants have all the information they need from when they first apply right through to when they start with us. You’ll also support the team with training administration – from booking external training, maintaining training records and liaising with training providers to arranging travel, catering, venues and hotels. You will also have the opportunity to support our diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives as well as providing some basic HR administration to the People & Employment team.
You will have strong administration experience, ideally from a recruitment or training background with high levels of IT literacy across all Microsoft Office packages along with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and be a fabulous teamplayer.
