What is an Answering Service Representative? The systems and technology we use allow us to provide customized service and be a virtual extension of our customers and facilitate their operations. If you’ and customer service oriented and can type 40wpm this is the position for you! Every interaction is an opportunity to help a patient feel valued, respected, and taken care of.

Customer service experience or call center experience required.

This is an in-office position.

You will professionally handle incoming calls from mostly patients and clinicians, take messages and dispatch messages according to the customers protocols. . You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of accounts and use of the system. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
• Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
• Computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Good attendance
• The ability to type 40 words per minute or more

Compensation:$19-$20

Shifts Offered:

· 2nd shift between 2pm-11pm – includes working every Saturday, you will have Sunday and another day off during the week

· 2nd shift between 2pm-11pm – includes working every Sunday, you will have Saturday and another day off during the week

Training will last approximately 2 weeks 11 – 7pm .
